Brotmann German breads are extremely nutritious. Made from whole grains and whole grain flour using a secret patented process, they are slowly baked in steam ovens to to seal in the moisture and goodness. The baking process takes many hours and brings out the bread's distinctive dark colour, delicious nutty flavour and moist, firm texture.

These traditional German breads contain particularly high levels of fibre as well as essential vitamins and minerals. They are a good source of carbohydrates.

Brotmann breads are 100% natural and are completely free of any artificial additives or preservatives of any kind. They are devoid of bleached white flour and very low in fat.

These dense, hearty breads are traditionally eaten on their own or with cheese, deli meats and sweet or savoury spreads. Their long shelf-life make them ideal to enjoy on picnics and when camping, boating or hiking.
