Bacon and Artichoke Appetizer

INGREDIENTS
1 Can Tosca artichoke hearts, quartered
12 slices Bacon, cut in half
24 toothpicks
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Tosca creamed horseradish


INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wrap a half of a piece of bacon around each artichoke quarter. Secure with a toothpick. When all the artichokes quarters are wrapped, place on a cookie sheet in the oven and cook until the bacon is desired crispiness – approximately 20 minutes.

While the artichokes/bacon is cooking, place the mayonnaise in a bowl. Add Dijon and horseradish and mix well. Serve as a dip for the artichoke/bacon wraps.
