butter |
| 1/2 cup |
sliced fresh mushrooms |
| 1/4 cup |
Tosca Sauterne Cooking Wine |
| 1/3 cup |
Tosca Sherry Cooking Wine |
| 1 cup |
cream |
INSTRUCTIONS
Season chicken lightly
and dust with flour. Use very little salt. Melt butter in a skillet and sauté
chicken until lightly browned. Continue to cook over medium heat until tender.
Add mushrooms, Tosca Sauterne Cooking Wine and Tosca Sherry Cooking Wine and
cook for five minutes. Add creak and cook for 3 or 4 more minutes.
