Chicken Sauté in Wine 

INGREDIENTS

1       frying chicken, cut up
Salt, pepper, flour
4 tsp butter
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup Tosca Sauterne Cooking Wine
1/3  cup Tosca Sherry Cooking Wine
1 cup cream

INSTRUCTIONS

Season chicken lightly and dust with flour. Use very little salt. Melt butter in a skillet and sauté chicken until lightly browned. Continue to cook over medium heat until tender. Add mushrooms, Tosca Sauterne Cooking Wine and Tosca Sherry Cooking Wine and cook for five minutes. Add creak and cook for 3 or 4 more minutes.
