Sherried Artichokes a La Crème 

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup       Tosca Sherry Cooking Wine
1 can Tosca Artichoke Hearts, cut and drained
1-7 oz.   can tuna
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
3 cup whipping cream
1 tsp butter
1/3 cup grated sharp cheese
Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large skillet over Sauté mushrooms in butter. Place Tosca Artichoke Hearts in a prepared casserole dish and cover with tuna. Place mushrooms over tuna. In a saucepan, bring the whipping cream to a boil then simmer until reduced by half. Add Tosca Sherry Cooking Wine to cream and pour in to casserole. Sprinkle with cheese and back in a 375 oven for 20-25 minutes.
