Artichokes a La Crème |
INGREDIENTS

| 1/4 cup

Tosca Sherry Cooking Wine |
| 1 can |
Tosca Artichoke Hearts, cut and drained |
| 1-7 oz. |
can tuna |
| 1/2 lb. |
mushrooms, sliced |
| 3 cup |
whipping cream |
| 1 tsp |
butter |
| 1/3 cup |
grated sharp cheese |

Salt and pepper |
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large skillet over
Sauté mushrooms in butter. Place Tosca Artichoke Hearts in a prepared casserole
dish and cover with tuna. Place mushrooms over tuna. In a saucepan, bring the
whipping cream to a boil then simmer until reduced by half. Add Tosca Sherry
Cooking Wine to cream and pour in to casserole. Sprinkle with cheese and back
in a 375 oven for 20-25 minutes.
