INSTRUCTIONS
Cut turkey breast on
the bias into 6 slices. Pound slices thin – about 1/8th of an inch. Dredge
turkey in season flowed and sauté in heated oil over medium heat. Cook 3-4
minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
Add Better than Bouillon
Beef broth to the pan, and stir up bits on the bottom. Add garlic, lemon juice,
fennel seeds, oregano or thyme, and salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil.
Reduce and cook until sauce thickens. Add turkey to pan with the capers. Heat
through.
