Udon Noodle Soup 

INGREDIENTS

1 tsp. Better Than Bouillon Beef Base dissolved in 1 cup boiling water
2 cups  Cold water
1 cup Orient Foods Udon Noodles
1 cup chop suey vegetables (broccoli, celery, carrots, cauliflower, etc.) chopped small
1/2 cup cooked meat or seafood
1 tsp. cornstarch


INSTRUCTIONS


Dissolve Better than Bouillon base in water, add cornstarch and bring to a near boil. Add noodles, meat and vegetables and simmer until heated thoroughly and veggies are cooked
