Pork Chops with Apples and Onions |

cooking apples, peeled, cored and sliced into
rings |

Better than Bouillon Chicken Base dissolved in
2 cups boiling water |
| 1 tsp. |
Better than Bouillon Vegetables Base dissolved
in 2 cups boiling water |
| 1 tsp. |
Tosca Minced Garlic |
| 1/4 tsp. |
ground cinnamon |

Dash of cayenne |
| 1/2 tsp. |
each ground coriander and dry
mustard |
| 1 tsp. |
brown sugar |

Non-stick cooking spray |
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°.
Spray a case iron frying pan with no stick cooking spray. Heat to high and add
pork chops. Brown well on both sides. Transfer to an oven proof dish. Add both
Better than Bouillon broths to skillet with apples and onions. Simmer until
they are soft. Add all spices and the brown sugar and mix well. Simmer,
uncovered, for 5 minutes. Pour mixture over pork chops, cover and bake for 45
minutes. |
