1) Product Development
Launching a Brand into the North American Market can be a time consuming process. National makes it easy
and guides you every step of the way. A process that was designed
with you in mind, to keep you up to date and current with day to
day developments and your progress.

2) Brand Management
Once your products are market compliant, you’re ready for launch.
Your Brand will be managed by a Brand Manager who will be your day to day contact with our business, who will keep you apprised of market developments and of your brands progress
Your Brand Manager, with your participation, will help to construct a strategic plan for the market. It will set out the accounts we wish to target, the costs of getting there, and the costs of staying there. Most of all, your Brand Manager will help to grow your presence in the marketplace
3) Sales and Distribution
Servicing North America's mainstream accounts is the core of our business. Supply chain integrity is mission critical and heavily dependent on systems we have in place. National has invested heavily in its own technical backbone in order to stay on top of its business.
Six Warehousing facilities across North America ensures that we adhere to a service level of 95% or better

Business transparency is word that is often used but rarely practiced. We wanted to change that and so we created NIVA or, National Importers Vendor Access.
Run on Cognos, which was recently purchased by IBM, NIVA provides our Vendors on-demand access to their sales results, updated daily, by account and by sku.

4) Logistics Support
National has been importing products from around the world for over 60 years. If your not interested in getting it to our dock, let us know and we'll pick it up at yours. Our Purchasing and Logistics team works with yours to plan shipments well in advance, typically 12-14 months and is reviewed on a weekly basis, giving you ample time for structuring your own supply chain.
